Wellington Forge Farrier Service provides over 15 years of farrier experience.  A strong equine background combined with a background in engineering and degree from Virginia Tech, our focus is on the biomechanics of the of the entire horse to ensure a mechanically balanced, properly loaded and supported shoeing package. In addition, by using sound engineering principles and communication with the owner, vet, and trainer we are able to develop the proper shoeing package to maximize both comfort and performance in even the most challenging cases as well as address any therapeutic needs the horse may have.
